Summary of the contracting process

The Havebury Housing Partnership is seeking to establish a Professional Consultancy Framework Agreement for its Affordable Housing Development programme covering the period from April 2020 to March 2024. The tender, titled "CONSULTANTS FRAMEWORK FOR HOUSING DEVELOPMENT [2020 - 2024]", is in the active planning stage and will be conducted as an open procedure. The total estimated value of the framework is £5,340,000, with the tender submission deadline set for 16 December 2019. Projects to be included primarily involve new-builds, alongside potential redevelopment or rehabilitation of existing properties, predominantly located in the East of England.

This procurement represents a significant opportunity for businesses in the architectural, construction, engineering, and inspection services sectors. Organisations can bid for one or more of the three designated lots: Architects and Planning Consultant, Employers Agent and Principal Designer, and Valuers. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) are encouraged to participate. A successful bid could lead to a long-term partnership with the Havebury Housing Partnership, potentially expanding the winning firm's portfolio through continuous project engagements over the four-year framework duration.
