The supply and commissioning of 8 new Pay and Display machines, identical to the existing Pay and display machine fleet. The 8 machines were procured via the ESPO pay and display solutions and parking management information systems framework contract number 509 which was let on the 13th April 2015 and expires on the 31st March 2017 There is a provision for direct appointment which is the proposed purchase route.
