Notice Description

South East London Integrated Care Board are re-procuring seven mental health supported accommodation services based in Southwark. The seven services are listed below and are organised into three lots. Each lot is organised by specialty and designed to support move on and continuity of care for services users on their recovery journey. Lot 1- Medium to high support needs * St. James * Dunton Road Lot 2- Forensic and complex needs * Milestone * Peckham Rye Lot 3- High support through step down * Kirkwood Road * Landcroft Road * Glengarry Road The aims of these short-term supported living services are to enable service users with severe and enduring mental health needs to gain skills for independence and provide the required support for mental health recovery. The Services will meet the needs of individuals who are leaving hospital or residential care services, or in some cases have a history of offending or being incarcerated. Service providers will also play a role in supporting service users to make connections in the local community to further enable recovery and confidence to live well in the community. Additional information: The ITT has been issued through the e-tendering portal. All Bidders wishing to participate must complete and submit Bids that comply with the requirements set out in the Document 1 - ITT Guidance Document. Bidders are required to complete the online SQ questionnaire and the ITT Questionnaire on ProContract and upload any attachments as indicated before the deadline for submission of bids specified in the ITT document.
