Notice Description
The Department is seeking to appoint a Supplier to conduct a process evaluation of the current CE(+) scheme, incorporating a feasibility study for a subsequent impact evaluation that would be conducted at a later date. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
