GB-Leeds: Z/3185 Refurbishment of Head of School Office Suite
Notice Description
The project is an internal remodelling of the Head of School office suite. The main focus is on making the most of the existing space in order to create one large office for the future expansion of staff. To achieve this we are looking at taking down existing stud walls and creating new ones in more adequate places with the addition of glazing to allow more natural light in. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
