Notice Description

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU), on behalf of NHS England Central Midlands and Bedfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group, is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver Primary Care Medical Services at The Village Medical Centre in Great Denham, Bedford. The services will be delivered under an Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) contract, starting on 1st April 2019 for a period of eight years, with the option to extend for a further five then two years (maximum 15 years). The contract value will be based on a payment of Global Sum + 20% (PS106.75) per weighted patient for years 1-5, Global Sum + 10% years 6-10 and Global Sum + 5% years 11-15. Additional payments will be made for Enhanced Services and QOF. The list size as at 1st July 2018 is 8415 raw, 7016.21 weighted. Transitional funding is available in year 1 only.
