Notice Description
The service will provide a timely, integrated, person-centred diagnostic and assessment service for adults referred with potential Autistic Spectrum Condition and or ADHD without learning disabilities provided by a specialist community based multidisciplinary team. This contract runs from January 2021 to March 2021 with option to extend for one month for activity.
