Notice Title

RFP Millbank Tower Audio Visual Requirements

Notice Description

UK Green Investment Bank plc ("GIB") is seeking to relocate its Client Suite from the 13th floor to the 5th floor within Millbank Tower, London, SW1P 4QP. This document describes the works required to install audio-visual systems within the relocation programme. Systems Requirement The functionality required from each system is described at a high level below. This replicates the level of functionality currently provided in GIB's Edinburgh Office. The existing systems are Polycom based and whilst bidders are not restricted to Polycom solutions, the solutions provided must be totally compatible with the existing systems and other associated systems including Lync. Bidders should also avoid including any equipment which is due to be superseded with another model from the manufacturers range and should always consider where they can demonstrate financial or performance benefits for GIB within their designs. The existing small meeting room design in the Edinburgh office includes a pc based software solution. Bidders should consider if this is the best solution at this time - GIB will welcome solutions based on web conferencing especially if the criteria of ease of use, quality and integration of video and audio as well as performance or financial benefits can be demonstrated within the proposal.
