The purpose of the services is to provide whole life maintenance plan/programme to allow/enable Westmorland and Furness Council to manage the section of the A591 between Plumgarths roundabout in the north and Brettargh Holt interchange in the south [Kendal By-Pass] 8.1 km of dual carriageway.
