Summary of the contracting process

The procurement follows a selective method, specifically a restricted procedure above the threshold.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for design consultancy firms, particularly those with expertise in architectural, civil, and structural engineering services. Businesses that specialise in multi-disciplinary design projects would be well-positioned to compete, especially those looking to develop long-term partnerships in the higher education sector. With an anticipated project pipeline valued at approximately £700 million, successful bidders can expect to engage in diverse university projects and other related initiatives, thereby fostering considerable business growth.
