Notice Description

Prison Industries require various fabrics, leather, upholstery foam and haberdashery for use in their Textiles and Upholstery workshops in establishments across England and Wales. These workshops manufacture a range of goods for the prison estate and other government departments. The requirement includes: Lot 1 - Woven Fabrics Lot 2 - Knitted Fabrics Lot 3 - Hessian, Twine and Polypropylene Lot 4 - Leather Lot 5 - Upholstery Foam Lot 6 - Haberdashery Goods Lot 7 - Upholstery Fabric Suppliers are invited to express their interest in this opportunity and are encouraged to sign up for individual supplier sessions via MS Teams on 6, 13, and 14th November 2023. These will last for approximately 45 minutes and are available on a first come first served basis. Please contact MOJProcurementIndustries@justice.gov.uk to register your interest and book a session. Additional information: As part of the tender process for this requirement, it is likely that bidders will be asked to complete an MSAT (Government's Modern Slavery Assessment Tool).
