Summary of the contracting process

The North West SEND Flexible Purchasing System (FPS) is being initiated by Cheshire East Borough Council, aimed at providing services to children and young people up to 16 years old in independent and non-maintained special schools within the North West region of the United Kingdom. The procurement process is currently at the tender stage, with the closing date for submissions set for 4th January 2021. This phase focuses on establishing service provisions for educational placements, including day placements and residential options, starting from 22nd February 2021 and extending through to 28th February 2030.
