The bidder will build and fit out 8 new dwellings including associated infrastructure, services, landscaping, and all other consequential associated works within the site demise whilst maintaining Rights of Way as necessary specific to the site. * Grange Methodist Church - Stamford Road, Kettering, NN16 9UB Additional information: Please note that this project is time critical and therefore if you genuinely cannot meet the procurement key timescales and deadlines that you are expected to fully observe then please do not submit a bid. The procurement timescales and deadlines are: Stage 1 - Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) 1. PQQ published on Contracts Finder - 26th May 2020 2. Deadline for PQQ Responses -12 noon on 19th June 2020 3. PQQ Evaluation - w/c 22nd June 2020 4.
