Companies with expertise in providing guidance through legal processes, emotional support, and financial advice will be particularly well-suited to compete. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) are encouraged to participate, aligning with the Council’s aim to attract a diverse range of suppliers. The engagement process will help potential suppliers understand the scope and requirements of the tender, thereby positioning themselves for potential growth through the provision of these critical services.
