Notice Description

A JCT Design and Build Sub Contract 2011 will be used to deliver the new link road scheme known as Phase 3 - Gas Works Link. Buckinghamshire County Council (BCC) referred to hereafter as the Client is seeking to appoint a site team to undertake the Construction Management and Contract Administration including management of the External Independent Review (EIR) under Section 73A of the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Regulations in order to deliver the link road on time and budget as part of the High Wycombe Town Centre Masterplan.
