Contract Summary
This is a Contract Award Notice. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) require the services of the annual Oracle Technical Support and Maintenance to support the delivery of the CRM system. This procurement was undertaken following the negotiated procedure without prior publication (above threshold). Competition is absent for technical reasons inline with The Public Contracts Regulations 2015, Regulation 32. (2b) (ii). The Contract is awarded for an initial period of 6 months with the option to extend for a further 6 moths, a total period of 12 months.
