Brief Description of Requirement: The primary goal of this project is to generate an evidence-base that will inform the IDS publication and sector roadmaps in the short-term, and guide ministerial policy decisions on the decarbonisation, growth and competitiveness of hard to abate industrial sectors over the medium to long term.
