Telford & Wrekin Council wishes to appoint a contractor to undertake a L&VS Study in support of the review of the Telford & Wrekin Local Plan (TWLP) which the Council is currently undertaking. The study will assess the sensitivity of land around key settlements within the borough to housing, employment and mixed use development. The oucomes of the study will feed into the selection of appropriate sites for allocation as part of the Local Plan Review and will identify appropriate land uses and mitigation measures where required Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
