NHS Luton Clinical Commissioning Group and Luton Council are jointly commissioning an integrated health and wellbeing service that will work with our communities to proactively deliver a preventative approach that emphasises the whole person and which works to achieve the optimum levels of physical, mental, social and emotional health. The Luton wellbeing service will have one lead (Prime) provider who may work with local partner organisations under a single branding, promoting 'one-service', regardless of whether different organisations are delivering components of the service. Following on from the recent Provider Pre-procurement Engagement Event, you are hereby invited to a provider networking event, giving you the opportunity to meet and network with other interested providers. The event will enable you to engage and tell others about your own organisation, develop relationships, hear about the other organisations and the various services they provide. The Networking Provider Event' will take place in the morning on 26th June 2017 at: The Hat Factory Arts Centre, 65 - 67 Bute Street, Luton, LU1 2EY Attain acting on behalf of the CCG intends to use an e-tendering system in this procurement. The e-tendering system and registering an expression of interest can be accessed by following the instructions below. A user guide is also attached for reference. 1. To access all documents and to register your interest in this networking event please register your interest on the Bravo Solutions e-procurement portal. https://attain.bravosolution.co.uk 2.Click on 'Register here' at the bottom of the screen and then follow the on screen instructions 3.Please complete and submit the expression of interest form and Organisation Pen Picture via the e-portal's messaging facility. The deadline for registering your details is 5pm on Wednesday 21st June 2017 Additional information: The range of wellbeing services included within the scope of the procurement will be: * Primary Care Mental Health Assessment and Liaison Service * Talking Therapies - Improved Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) * Live Well Luton healthy lifestyle services - Weight Management (all ages), Healthy Living, Exercise Referral on referral - Physical activity * Smoking Cessation Services and Tobacco control including prevention in schools * Social Prescription * Community Health checks While the service will cover a full life course for healthy lifestyles, and will support, physical, social emotional and mental health prevention, alongside resilience for families and children, working with existing services to achieve this, the majority of the scope will initially relate to adults 16+ with future scope to include greater focus on children's mental wellbeing. It is expected that the mobilisation of the service will be over a period of 2 years. Phase One will include all IAPT Services and Healthy Living Services, Social Prescriptions and Smoking Cessation services. Phase Two will be the development of the Primary Care Mental Health Assessment and Liaison Service. Phase Three will relate to further agreed Children's Wellbeing services. The duration of the contract is likely to be 5 years with an option to extend for a further 24 months.
