TfL 94418 - The Provision of a Consultancy Team to undertake a Housing Density Study for the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC)
Notice Description
The London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) wishes to appoint a Service Provider for the provision of a Consultancy Team to undertake a housing density study. Please note that the estimated value of the Contract is PS40k-PS60k. The actual Contract Period is four months. The six-month period stated in this advert includes any possible extension. Transport for London is undertaking this procurement on behalf of the LLDC. The appointed Consultancy Team shall have architecture, urban design, master planning and desktop publishing/document producing expertise as well as development viability expertise. The procurement process is being carried out electronically via the TfL's eTendering portal: ProContract from ProActis, "the Portal". Link: https://procontract.due-north.com Interested suppliers are required to express their interest in this opportunity via the Portal as soon as possible and submit their completed Standard Selection Questionnaire and Tender Proposal via the ProContract portal by 12:00 on Monday 12 August 2019. Late SSQ submissions will not be accepted. Any requests for clarification regarding this procurement must be submitted by the specified deadline via the Portal: https://procontract.due-north.com Please do not contact any TfL or LLDC employees directly throughout the procurement process as it is imperative that the process remains fair and transparent to all applicants.
