Please could you provide a costing for the following transport request: Journey Details: Start Date: 21.02.2018 End date: 18.07.2018 Days: Wednesdays Pick-up: 09:00, to be at the centre for 09:30 From: Norwood Road, Loudwater, High Wycombe, Bucks, HP10 9UU To: Burnham Opportunities Centre, Minniecroft Road, Burnham, Bucks, SL1 7DE Return: 15:30 Transport is required for term time Wednesdays only. The dates are as follows; 21st & 28th February 2018 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th March 2018 18th & 25th April 2018 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd May 2018 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th June 2018 4th, 11th & 18th July 2018 Please note, once the client has left school in July 2018, the transport could be increased to 4 days per week. This will be confirmed at a later date. Full details on the client including the risk assessment will be provided upon completion of the contract award. Transport Requirements: - Wheelchair accessible vehicle - PA required - A meet and greet will need to take place prior to transport commencing - Crew must be Client Transport (Safeguarding) trained; hold a current Bucks CC ID badge, be DBS checked and have clear English communication Please can you respond by 11am on 31.01.2018 Many thanks
