Contract Award Notice for Stratford Town Centre Masterplan . The Masterplan will ultimately develop a spatial vision for Stratford Town Centre. This will contribute to delivering a high quality, fit for purpose, well managed, safe and attractive town centre with a strong and diverse, cultural and creative sector. The vision is for Stratford Town Centre to become widely recognised as a great place to live, work, learn, shop and spend leisure time.
