London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) are seeking to appoint an experienced Consultant to: * develop a bespoke Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) methodology that builds on an existing methodology developed by our sister organisation, the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC); * carry out a pilot Post Occupancy Evaluation at the Corporation's first neighbourhood, and; * provide a set of recommendations for the LLDC based on the analysis. Transport for London (TfL) is conducting this procurement on behalf of the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC), who are the Contracting Authority. The tender is being conducted through TfL's e-tendering portal: https://procontract.due-north.com. Full details of the tender opportunity can be found on the portal. Submission of expression of interest: TfL request interested parties to submit their expression of interest to this opportunity. London Legacy Development Corporation The London Legacy Development Corporation ("LLDC") is a Mayoral Development Corporation established under the Localism Act 2011. The LLDC's main objective is to ensure the legacy of the 2012 Games and the regeneration of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and the other adjacent and associated areas for which it is responsible. In support of this statutory purpose, the LLDC holds land and can exercise a range of powers over that land, including management, development and planning. TfL manages London's buses, the Tube network, Docklands Light Railway, Overground and Trams. The Authority also runs Santander Cycles, London River Services, Victoria Coach Station, the Emirates Air Line and London Transport Museum. As well as controlling a 580km network of main roads and the city's 6,000 traffic lights, The Authority also regulates London's taxis and private hire vehicles and the Congestion Charge scheme.
