Notice Title

Analysis of Reponses to Call for Evidence Water Conversation: Measures to Reduce Personal Water Use

Notice Description

Government recently launched a consultation, including a call for evidence on measures to reduce personal water use. The consultation is due to close 11 October 2019 and The Authority wish to commission an analysis of the call for evidence responses only. The consultation and call for evidence document can be found at https://consult.defra.gov.uk/water/measures-to-reduce-personal-water-use/ The response rate could be in the low hundreds and the Authority requires research expertise to code all responses to the call for evidence, analyse the responses and evidence, and write an initial draft analysis document of the call for evidence responses within eight weeks (by 9 December 2019) of the consultation closing. The call for evidence will be followed by a series of roundtables (facilitated discussions and workshop activities) designed to gain further insight into some of the more complex measures. These will take place 4 November to 22 November 2019. The supplier will be required to facilitate these and use the evidence gathered to inform and amend the initial draft summary of responses document.
