Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) is looking to produce a town centre strategy, the purpose of which is to establish and provide clarity on the long-term vision for the town centre - complemented by a comprehensive delivery plan to achieve this. This work will be underpinned by a set of core principles which reflect the vision for both the county town at the heart of Kent and a borough with vibrant and prosperous urban and rural communities. In order to deliver this important project, the Council is looking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy practice. Tender release: Wednesday 5th October 2022 Expression of Interest Deadline: 12:00pm Wednesday 2nd November 2022 Deadline for submission of completed tenders: 12:00pm Wednesday 9th November 2022 Evaluation: by 11th November 2022 Interviews: Monday 14th November 2022 Appointment of contractor: by 18th November 2022 All expressions of interest, and subsequent communications or submissions, must be made via the Kent Business Portal: www.kentbusinessportal.org.uk
