Notice Description
The purpose of this requirement is to deliver a report that recommends a set of suitable quantitative performance measures for each outcome dimension identified (service quality, cost, resilience and environment), which can be applied to each National Infrastructure Commission ("NIC") sector (energy, transport, water and wastewater, digital communications, solid waste and flood risk management) and across sectors in a consistent way.
