Notice Description

The Chevening Rolls-Royce Science and Innovation Leadership Fellowship (CRISP) started in 2011 and has since run in partnership with Rolls Royce. The eleven week programme is designed for high calibre mid-career professionals and currently delivered at Said Business School, University of Oxford. Twelve Indians and two Sri Lankans are carefully chosen for the cohort every year. They work in the field of science, innovation, manufacturing, technology, business and related public administration with links to public policy and belong to a variety of sectors and are mostly corporate executives, entrepreneurs, research scientists, academics and public sector employees. We have successfully run seven programmes (including one scheduled April 2017). The contract tendering request is for three successive programmes in 2018, 2019 and 2020 (FY 18/19, 19/20 and20/21). Local Partner Rolls Royce The programme has been supported by Rolls - Royce, one of the UK's most innovative companies. Rolls-Royce is actively involved in and supportive of educational opportunities and activities for students, graduates and professional executives. The company is a world-leading provider of power systems and services for use on land, at sea and in the air, has established a strong position in global markets - civil aerospace, defence aerospace, marine and energy. The successful Course Provider will be awarded a contract to run the Chevening Rolls-Royce Science and Innovation Leadership Fellowship in Financial Years 2018/19, 2019/20 and 2020/21 (April to March). The ideal timing of the programme start date is the month of April in all three years. Timing of the course and its selection and other administrative processes is non-negotiable.
