Notice Description

EARLY MARKET ENGAGEMENT - responses required by Monday 30th July at 14:00hrs. The Police and Crime Commissioner for Kent is intending to conduct a procurement procedure to award a contract for the provision of Independent Sexual Violence Advisers (ISVA) and Sexual Violence (SV) Support Services, in Kent and Medway. The Authority is currently considering different ways to structure this commissioned service. As part of pre-market engagement, the Authority is inviting feedback/views from interested providers and partners with respect to different options. Please register on the Authority's e-tendering portal and navigate to project_17419. Please complete and return the early market engagement document. Please note this market engagement is an information gathering exercise only. This market engagement exercise will not influence the selection of bidders but this process aims to engage with economic operators to assess market interest, particularly around for the proposed options. The Authority encourages open, fair and transparent procurement and omission from any part of the market engagement shall not be taken into account and any subsequent bidder selection or tender evaluation process. This notice is not a call for competition for the purposes of Regulation 26(9) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 - a specific call for this procurement may be published within the next 8 weeks. It is expected that any new contract(s) awarded as a result of such a tender process would commence on around 1st April 2019.
