Primavera Toolset Support - Infrastructure as a Service and Platform as a Service

Notice Description

DE&S is undertaking an initial market engagement to shape the development of a new 2-year support model for Primavera Toolset Support. The support model will become operative from August 2020, following an extensive knowledge transfer from the incumbent supplier, planned for Q2 2020. This support model has been divided into two PINs. PIN 1 is Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) and PIN 2 is Application Support. The project team are looking to hold 1:1 sessions with interested suppliers to discuss the requirement and gather feedback. The sessions will be 1-hour in duration and will be held at the DE&S Head Office, MoD Abbey Wood, Bristol BS34 8JH on the w/c 16 September 2019. Suppliers wishing to attend should register by sending an email to: Natalie.Bushby901@mod.gov.uk before 12:00 on 06 September 2019. Your email should include: 1. PIN Release Number: CCDT/612/PIN/IAAS/PAAS, 2. A nominated single point of contact detailing: a. Full Name, b. Date of Birth, c. Nationality, d. Post Title, e. Job Role, f. Security vetting details including reference and expiration date (if held), g. Contact Details, h. Company Name and registered number 3. A two-page synopsis of your company tailored to how you meet the requirement above. Sessions are limited to 25 across PIN reference CCDT/612/PIN/IAAS/PAAS and PIN reference CCDT/612/PIN/AppSpt. 1:1 sessions are limited and will be allocated based on the synopsis provided. Any potential suppliers not selected to attend the market engagement day due to the sessions already being booked will be kept of file and may be contacted for input at a later date. A maximum of two attendees from any individual company will be invited to attend. Only one registration will be granted per company group (including subsidiaries). Requests for additional attendees from any organisation will be held on a waiting list for consideration. Any queries about the event should be sent by e-mail to Natalie.Bushby901@mod.gov.uk. In the interest of transparency and fairness further information on the requirement will only be provided at the 1:1 sessions. Any questions answered during the 1:1 sessions will be collated, anonymised and issued to all suppliers who have registered an interest. Suppliers not selected for 1:1 sessions will not be disadvantaged at any later PQQ and ITT stage. The purposes of this PIN and the 1:1 sessions is to inform the internal Business Case and Statement of Requirement.
