Job Title: Vehicle Technician x 3 Rate of Pay: PS18.06 per hour (Inside IR35) Hours: 37 hours per week Location: Waterfall Lane, Cradley Heath Start Date: ASAP Contract type: Agency (3months) Job Description and Personnel Specification are attached, which also provides more information above the role. Brief description: We are looking for 3x Vehicle Technicians. Fleet Services are Sandwell MBC's in-house fleet maintenance operation. Based at Waterfall Lane in Cradley Heath, Fleet Services provides fleet maintenance and repair for Sandwell MBC, other public bodies and private sector contracts. With a fleet size of over 1000 items, there is a huge variety of vehicles and equipment. Key Requirements * Full UK HGV (Category C or C+E). * Hold a BTEC National Certificate in Automotive Engineering ONC or equivalent. * Take part in an out of hours breakdown service. * Level 3 NVQ Automotive Maintenance and Repair or Equivalent or experience of working in Heavy Commercial Vehicle workshop. * LGV Licence Unrestricted Category C. * F gas licence. * Fork lift operator's licence. * Tail lift LOLER certification. * Level 3 Award in Electric/Hybrid vehicle system repair & replacement. Hours 37 hours per week Rate of pay is PS18.06 per hour JD and PS attached. Please can the agencies send over a CV, 2x up to date references and a copy of Terms and Conditions. You will also need to include your agency on cost details to each submission. Stated rates must be inclusive of all known costs. No DBS is required for this role.
