The Homes and Communities Agency ('HCA') is seeking to appoint a Monitoring Surveying (MS) Firm from its national Property Panel to provide initial due diligence and bi-monthly project monitoring services in respect to sites which could be transferred into a Joint Venture ("JV") between the HCA and a medium sized national house builder ("house builder").
