Tender for a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Construction Project Management Consultancy Services
Notice Description
This opportunity is looking to create a University of Birmingham Construction Project Management Services Framework Agreement with the ability to support other HE and FE Sector Organisations, Schools and Academies, and to develop local initiatives for University Projects. It is anticipated that the framework agreement will be for 10 years and will be based on the University of Birmingham construction project pipeline which is estimated to be in the region of PS700m. The framework is expected to generate partnership working and to develop long term relationships. The framework agreement will be made available for use by HE and FE Sector Organisations, Schools and Academies regardless of whether or not they are to be defined as contracting authorities (for the purpose of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015). Additional information: ALL REFERENCE TO IN-TEND IN THIS DOCUMENT AND DURING THE TENDER PROCESS REFER TO THE UNIVERSITY'S TENDERING PORTAL THAT CAN BE ACCESSED AT HTTPS://IN-TENDHOST.CO.UK/UNIVERSITYOFBIRMINGHAM/ASPX/ COMMUNICATIONS From the publication of a tender on In-Tend until the tender is awarded all communication must be via In-Tend. Except: In the event of catastrophic failure of In-Tend tenderers should contact the named contact published in the OJEU notice, eprocurementsupport@contacts.bham.ac.uk or call us on 0121 4147920. No other form of communication will be acceptable unless, in exceptional circumstances the UoB Procurement Department may authorise, in writing, other forms of communication. The Tender/SQ Closing Date shall be the date and time published against the project on In-Tend. It is the Tenderer's responsibility to ensure that current and accurate contact details are maintained on In-Tend. The University makes no commitment to act on any communication from In-Tend or other sources, resulting from unattended or inaccurate email addresses recorded on In-Tend. You are strongly recommended to register contact details for at least two people on In-Tend and to fully familiarise yourself with the In-Tend tender submission process well before the closing date and clarify any queries ASAP. In the event of discrepancies between any copies of any documents submitted it is at the Universities sole discretion which document or part of a document the University evaluates.
