Clinical Chemistry Analyser
Notice Description
The Agency (MHRA) is wishing to purchase a clinical chemistry analyser. To assist with the production of Quality Control reagents for clinical chemistry testing. The desired analyser should be CE-marked and run CE-marked kits. These kits should have a reasonable shelf-life. Th analyser should be able to accommodate serum, plasma, CSF and urine samples. At least 100 samples per hour should be able to be processed. Aside from being able to detect potassium, sodium, iron and glucose, the analyser should be able to test for the following: BUN, LDH, Total Protein, 11-Deoxycortisol, 17-a-Hydroxyprogesterone, 25-Hydroxy Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy Vitamin D (Total), Acid Phosphatase (Prostatic), Acid Phosphatase (Total), ACTH, AFP, ALT, Albumin, Aldosterone, Alkaline phosphatase, Androstenedione, Anti-Thyroglobulin (Anti-Tg), Anti-Thyroperoxidase (Anti-TPO), Anti-Streptolysin O (ASO), Apolipoprotein A-I, Apolipoprotein B, AST, Bilirubin Direct, Bilirubin total, BNP, Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEA), Ceruloplasmin, Cholesterol, Cholinesterase, CK-MB Isoenzyme, CK-Total, Complement C3, Complement C4, Cortisol, C-Peptide, Creatine kinase, Creatinine, CRP, DHEA, Digitoxin, Estradiol, Estriol (Free), Estriol (Total), Estrogen (Total), Ferritin, Fructosamine, FSH, GLDH, Growth Hormone, Haptoglobin, hCG, HDL Cholesterol, Homocysteine, IGF 1, Immunoglobulin A (IgA), Immunoglobulin E (IgE), Immunoglobulin G (IgG), Immunoglobulin M (IgM), Immunoreactive Trypsinogen (IRT), Insulin, Intact PTH, Kappa Light Chain, Lactate, Lambda Light Chain, LDL Cholesterol, LH, Lipase, Lipoprotein a, Myoglobin, NT-Pro BNP, Ostase, Prealbumin, Procalcitonin, Progesterone, Prolactin, PSA, Pseudocholinesterase, PTH (Intact), Renin, Rheumatoid Factor, Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG), T Uptake, T3, T4, Testosterone, Thyroglobulin (Tg), Thyroxine, Total (TT4), Transferrin, Triglycerides, Triiodothyronine, Total (TT3), Troponin I, Troponin T, TSH, Urea, Uric Acid, Vitamin B12 & b-2-Microglobulin.
