This EOI is not intended for organisations without relevant regulatory standing, sector experience, or operational scale to deliver the services described. A full Invitation to Tender (ITT), including detailed requirements, evaluation criteria, and procurement timescales, will be issued in due course to organisations that register their interest and are considered capable of meeting PDSA's requirements.
