Highways England is procuring technical consultancy services to support the continued development of the Expressway concept, aligning the concept with the objectives stated within the Road Investment Strategy (2015-2020) and our ambition for the next RIS set out in our Strategic Road Network Initial Report. It is programmed for completion by 31 March 2019.
