The works briefly comprise: • Installing Traffic Management • Removing surfacing and expansion joints • Excavating behind abutments • Removing back of wall drainage layer • Hydro-demolition of top of ballast wall • Re-casting top of ballast wall & nib • Installing new expansion joints and waterproofing • Reinstating back of wall drainage layer • Backfilling behind abutments • Resurfacing incl. road markings • Removing Traffic Management The Contractor to provide all necessary transport, tools, access equipment, appropriate welfare, water disposal and clearance on completion in order to carry out the works effectively.
