There are currently 3 individuals living in the home. The contract will be let for a period of five years commencing on 1st October 2022 with an option to extend for up to a further five years. Tenderers should note that the Employee 'Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations '2006 ('TUPE') will apply to this contract.
