Notice Description

FSCS has decided to procure Lockers to encourage agile working whilst enhancing current security arrangements. The 'to be' stored items are predominately laptops, laptop travel bag and personal artefacts and any work related documentation. The quantity of lockers to be supplied and installed is 150. This opportunity will consider both key and code lockers Additional information: In order to participate in this Procurement exercise you are kindly invited to register your company's details so that you can access the electronic copies of the Procurement documents and supporting documentation contained in the "My Response" section of the Bravo e-Portal. Please follow the registration steps below:- 1. Register your company on the FSCS e-Portal (this is only required once) - Browse to the e-Portal https://fscs.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html - Click the link to register - Enter your correct business, user details & complete basic profile - Note - the "Username" you choose - Click 'Save' when complete - You will shortly receive an email with your unique password (please keep this secure) 2. Express an interest in this Procurement Exercise - Login to the portal with the username/password - Click the 'ITT+++ Open To All Suppliers' link - Click on the relevant ITT+++ to access the content - Click the 'Express Interest' button at the top of the page - Note - ITT+++ will move into your 'My ITT+++ page. (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only). - Now access any attachments by clicking 'Buyer Attachments' in the 'ITT+++ Details' box. 3. Respond to the Procurement - Click 'My Response' under 'ITT+++ Details' - Choose to 'Create Response' or to 'Decline to Respond' (please give a reason if declining) - Note - Now use the 'Messages' function to communicate with FSCS and seek any clarification - Please note the deadline for completion - Submit your reply using the 'Submit Response' button at the top of the page.
