Servicing Of Fire Alarm Systems, Emergency Lighting And Fire Extinguishers 2017 - 2020
Notice Description
The nature of the services to be undertaken will typically comprise of: Carrying out 6 Monthly Servicing and Testing of the Fire Alarm Systems, annual testing of the Emergency Lighting, and servicing of the Fire Appliances, with replacement of new items as necessary at the time of service, all to be carried out at various Council owned premises around the Borough of Kettering and surrounding villages. Additional information: Please note the procurement key timescales and deadlines that you will be expected to fully observe: 1. Publish on Contracts Finder - 21st November 2017 2. ITQ documents available on request by email - 21st November 2017 3. Deadline for clarification questions - 12 noon on 27th November 2017 4. Council to respond to clarification questions Deadline for Quotation Responses - 29th November 2017 5. Deadline for submission of Quotation Responses by potential suppliers - 12 noon on 8th December 2017 6. Awarded Decision (outcome of evaluation) - 13th December 2017 7.
