We are looking to refurbish the common area in Southend University Square Building. This will include new flooring throughout, a new kitchenette installed, some ventilation updates to the laundrette and the replacement of the existing ceiling grid and lighting. Basic electrical and data works will be undertaken in line with the new layout. This is a call off from the University's T730 Furniture Framework. You will be bound by the original Terms and Conditions at the time of tendering for the framework.
