5122 - PHE - ICT - Quality Management System/Incident Reporting software
Notice Description
Public Health England intends to run a tender for the procurement of a Quality Management System/Incident Reporting system software package. PHE would like to invite interested software suppliers/ software re-sellers to an early engagement briefing on the morning of 29th May 2019 at PHE Colindale, 61 Colindale Avenue, London NW9 5EQ. (nearest tube station is Colindale). Please email tenders@phe.gov.uk to request an invitation. All initial correspondence will be done via this mail address, no conversations will be entered into with individual until after the initial meeting. PHE has currently identified that the product must be able to: - - Be able offer cloud and/or hosted versions - Have Authentication via Active Directory and Exchange Integration - A Flexible system - Have Easy navigation - Automated emails (reminders, auto reports, etc) - have Reporting/business intelligent function - Allow More than 1 environment (live and development/testing) - Have Audit trail available - Be Customisable/Editable forms - Have Adaptable workflows - Be Permission based modules (via user roles or departments etc) - Be Able to Link 2 different 'modules' together - Have Minimal/Zero on boarding/off boarding costs - Be implementable by 01/04/2020 The modules currently used in the product PHE currently uses: Incident management Audit Management Asset Register Helpdesk function Supplier management Business management (financial approvals). These requirements may change by the time the tender is published. PHE would prefer an off the shelf product with a proven track record with organisations with around 6000 employees.
