Secretary to the Director We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic PA/Executive Support professional who is experienced in diary management, able to deal with high volumes of work, can work well within a team as well as with minimum supervision. You will play a key role in driving the fast pace of change and ensuring transparency and accountability of activity across the organisation. You will demonstrate a track record of successful delivery, the required skills and experience; and perform to a high standard in a challenging environment. You will be an experienced PA, who has worked with elected members, directors/senior managers or people in positions of authority. You must hold GCSE Maths and English or equivalent along with OCR/RSA II in Typing/Word processing or equivalent. Candidates will be required to take minutes in several meetings per week, they will require political knowledge and need to be experienced secretaries.
