Notice Description

Border Force require 2 x electric forklift trucks to be supplied and delivered on or before Friday 26th March 2021. Border Force require 2 x Hyundai Model 30BH-9 forklift trucks with a lifting capacity of 3000kg. Alternative manufacturers / models with similar specifications will also be considered. The successful bidder is required deliver one forklift to both of the following locations; Immingham Dock, Immingham, DN40 2NL, United Kingdom Killingholme Port, Clough Lane, North Killingholme, North Lincolnshire, DN40 3JP. Please provide the following in your proposal: The cost for each item as well as the delivery charges to each of the locations identified above. Confirmation of the earliest available delivery date. Acknowledgement that any contract between the Home Office and your company will be subject to the Standard UK Government Short Form Terms and Conditions for Goods and Services (attached for reference). Notes for Bidders: Any questions, queries or clarifications regarding this tender should be submitted to adam.jones43@homeoffice.gov.uk by 12:00pm on Wednesday 27th January 2021 at the latest. All proposals should be submitted to adam.jones43@homeoffice.gov.uk by 12:00pm on Friday 29th January 2020.
