Provision of Facilities Management Hard Services - Prior Information Notice

Notice Description

Place Partnership Limited is looking to appoint a single approved supplier to deliver a wide range of Hard FM service lines consisting of Planned Preventative Maintenance (Cyclical PPM) Reactive & Emergency Repairs, Small Works and Capital works for its wide ranging property portfolio. Place Partnership Limited will shortly be embarking on a full Restricted OJEU procurement to appoint a new Hard Services Provider. The estimated value of this contract is 75 000 000 GBP over a 6-year contract. Ahead of commencing this exercise, we would like to invite potential suppliers to attend an open day event to allow us to gain further understanding of the market. Our hope is that is engaging with industry experts, that we can ensure that this requirement is well placed when it hits the market in the near future. The Supplier engagement day will consist of a presentation by Place Partnership Limited to outline the scope of this contract and the key factors for our partners, followed by an opportunity for suppliers to discuss this with the Contracting Authority either in a group setting or during one of the 1-on-1 sessions. The aim of the day will be for potential Hard FM Service Providers to help define the business requirements, specification and contracting strategy in alignment with the industry. Equally, Place Partnership want to collaborate with suppliers by sharing these business requirements at an early stage and actively seeking supplier feedback. The Supplier day will take place on Thursday 25th October 2018. If you are interested in attending this Supplier day, please confirm your attendance by emailing procurement@placepartnership.co.uk stating your organisation, attendee's names, contact details and any dietary requirements. All requests to attend must be received by 17:00 hours on Friday 19th October 2018. We would request that attendance is restricted to two key members of your organisation that would have a keen interest in this project and be able to add value to the discussions that will take place.
