For the appointment of commercial agents to market and dispose of a large greenfield development site located in Thornton, Crosby, which is referred to as Holgate Plot A' The Provider will be responsible for handling all market enquiries relating to the site, negotiating heads of terms with a preferred purchaser and then supporting the Customer's inhouse legal team in finalising contracts through to concluding the freehold land transfer once all conditions precedent for the sale of the site have been satisfied'
