Notice Description

Torbay Council is seeking to procure a support service to operate from an existing 24 bed building, owned by Langley House Trust. The service will provide support to single homeless people, aged from 18-65, who have a support need and a local connection to Torbay. The intension is to split the building electronically into two x 12 bed spaces and procure the following service, to operate from the premises: * 12 beds of high support with 24 hour staffing * 12 beds of lower level support focusing on resettlement, employment and training The service should operate within a recovery ethos. The maximum budget for the entire service (12 beds of high support with 24 hour staffing, and 12 beds of lower level support) is PS200,000 per annum The contract will be awarded for 2 years with the option of an extension of up to 2 further years.
