University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to engage with suppliers of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). The Authority has prepared a draft specification of requirements and requests that interested suppliers provide indication of their ability to meet these requirements. The Authority has also prepared a more general pre-market engagement questionnaire, seeking more general feedback from the market on the draft requirements and possible routes to market. The Authority is also requesting indicative pricing. The purpose of this pre-market engagement exercise is to allow the Authority to assess the capabilities of the market and to refine its specification and approach to the procurement of this requirement. The pre-market engagement questionnaires, draft requirements and further guidance documentation can be accessed via the Bravo procurement portal - please refer to the additional information section for further instructions. Additional information: Suppliers wishing to respond participate in this pre-market engagement exercise should respond to the questionnaires via the online form on the Bravo Portal by 12:00 on Thursday 22nd October 2020. https://nhs.bravosolution.co.uk Bravo reference of online form: ppq__28614 "Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) - Pre-Market Engagement" How to register: 1. (These are Pre-Qualification Questionnaires or Invitations to Tender open to any registered supplier) - Browse the PQQs (there may be more than one page) and select 'pqq_28614' by clicking on it. - Click the 'Express Interest' button at the top of the page - This will move the PQQ /ITT into your 'My PQQs/ My ITTs' page.
