Environment Build Support Application (EBSA) Early Market Engagement
Notice Description
The Home Office is embarking on early market engagement ahead of a formal procurement to put in place a new managed service contract to support and enhance its Environment, Build, Support, Administration (EBSA) Platform. This early market engagement is being conducted with supplier on Lot 3d of the Technology Services 3 Framework Agreement only. The purpose of this early market engagement is: - to enable the Authority to understand the capabilities, constraints and general landscape of the market; - test, validate and improve the Authority's requirements, transition approach, operating model, and procurement timelines; - understand how its requirements and services may be framed to optimise supplier interest and participation, quality and value for money; - develop and refine the supporting information that will be provided to bidders to ensure they are able to develop an informed tender response; - provide an opportunity for potential suppliers to shape the process at a formative stage. As part of this early market engagement, the Home Office plans to hold a supplier event on Thursday 15th August 2024. Further details may be found on the Authoritys eSourcing Platform. Additional information: Suppliers on Lot 3d of the Technology Services 3 framework should email EBSA.Commercial@homeoffice.gov.uk in order to express their interest in this early market engagement. Suppliers shall then be added to the microsite on the Authoritys eSourcing Portal where further information and instructions relating to this early market engagement can be found. To participate, potential suppliers must first be registered on the eSourcing Portal. If you have not yet registered on the e-sourcing portal, please do so at: https://homeoffice.app.jaggaer.com by following the link 'To register click here'. Please note that to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation that you are registering, which would be entering into a contract if invited to do so. Once you are registered, you may submit any feedback or Clarification Questions via the eSourcing Portal. No Clarification Questions or technical support shall be provided from the EBSA mailbox above. Please note that the Authority will share questions and answers with all participants by default. For technical assistance on the use of the e-sourcing portal, please contact the JAGGAER supplier helpdesk at customersupport@jaggaer.com or 0800 069 8630 (0800 - 1800hrs).
