Contract Summary
Manchester Central is currently looking for a Contractor to wine and champagnes, bottled beers, spirits & soft drinks at Manchester Central and Manchester Town Hall Complex. The Contract will be for a period of two (2) year, from the commencement date of services,with the option to extend for one (1) year, with an anticipated Contract start date of September 2018. The successful supplier will provide wine and champagnes, bottled beers, spirits & soft drinks for all event types, including banquets, concerts, conferences, exhibitions and drinks receptions. Given the dynamic nature of the events industry, the supplier will be expected to respond to orders as required, potentially with a last minute or same day delivery, including Saturday and Sunday orders. The successful Contractor will further provide a sale or return service on all stock, aiding seasonality and storage requirements within the venue. The last date to request documentation for the tender will be Monday 19th March 2018 at Midday. Invitations to Tender (ITT)'s will be sent out on Monday 19th March 2018 to all organisations expressing an interest in this contract. The closing date for receipt of completed ITT documentation will be Friday 27th April 2018 It is anticipated for the contract to be awarded in June 2018 with a targeted start date of September 2018. Manchester Central does not undertake to bind itself to accept the lowest price or any individual Tender. Manchester Central will not be liable for any costs incurred in tendering for this contract.
