Notice Description

This work will contract one or more separate demonstration trials with the objective of developing and demonstrating solutions for overcoming real or perceived barriers to increasing recycled content by manufacturers in Wales. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The financial value indicated above is a potential total value across all contracted trials through to March 2022. The total budget to March 2022 for all the trials contracted from this procurement is currently PS130,000 including all expenses and VAT. Within this, the total budget to March 2020 is PS40,000; the remaining PS90,000 is allocated to 2020/21 and 2021/22 and bidders can propose how to split their project costs across these two years. WRAP envisages that one or more trials will be contracted (subject to assessment of quality and fixed price). This procurement will be managed electronically through the Delta eSourcing suite.
